Softball glove, bats if have, cleat with no metal and lunch meal

Daily schedule:

8:30 AM — Check-in: shirt pickup + warm team building /
group assignments (15 min)

9:00 AM — Stretch and throw (all together)
​
9:15 AM — Skill Development Block 1
​ Group A: Offense (batting cage rotations, tee work, soft toss)
Group B: Defense (infield/outfield fielding stations)
10:45 AM — Skill Development Block 2
Group A: Defense
Group B: Offense

11:45 AM — Lunch
​
12:40 PM — Group Picture/Light warm-up
​
1:00 PM — Situational Softball Games (combined groups,
scenario-based)
​
2:45 PM — Competition Drills (relay races, hitting contests,
fielding challenges)
​
4:30 PM — Cool down / wrap-up
​
5:00 PM — Dismissal Justen/Sarah with parents
